½ teaspoon garam masala;
1 large bunch freshly chopped watercress

Cooking method
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add beans with water (or from a jar, including all the liquid).
Add lemon juice and spices. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed. Cook until the beans are browned and soft, 10 to 15 minutes.
Reduce heat, add watercress and cover.
Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until the watercress is simmered.
