Detoxification of the body with food at home is possible!
These delicious and simple side dishes are the perfect addition to any meal.
They are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and will help detoxify the body, as well as being good nutrition for the skin.
1. Mixed greens
Escarole lettuce roughly chopped;

Swiss chard (chard) roughly chopped;
Spinach roughly chopped;
Extra virgin olive oil;
Salt and ground black pepper.
Combine escarole, kale, chard and spinach in a large bowl.
Add some water to a saucepan, toss in the mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes until the water is slightly absorbed, then carefully drain off the rest of the water.
Wipe out the saucepan and place it over medium heat. Pour in the olive oil, add the prepared herb mixture, then the garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until soft and enjoy a healthy meal.
2. Brussels sprouts
Salt and ground black pepper;
Chopped fresh oregano or thyme.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the outer leaves of the Brussels sprouts and trim the stems; cut the sprouts in half.
In a bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts, oil, salt and pepper to taste, add the oregano or thyme, and place the mixture in a baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven and roast the mixture, turning occasionally, until the sprouts are golden, about 40 minutes.
Enjoy wholesome food.

Pickled dried capers;
crushed red pepper flakes;
Thinly sliced head of garlic.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add broccoli and simmer until broccoli softens.
Add olives, capers, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and garlic. Simmer until the broccoli is golden and has absorbed the flavors of the other ingredients.
