You should try to eat more often dishes made from vegetables, rice, legumes (peas, beans), cereals, milk, flour, raisins, and fruits. Raw vegetables, according to the teachings of Ayurveda, should be consumed in small quantities. This is due to their difficult digestibility.

To live long and look good, you also need to get rid of bad habits (smoking, alcohol, etc.). You need to learn to think positively, trust people and love yourself. A person needs to learn to communicate with nature, to be in harmony with it. Only when there is inner harmony and attractiveness will health and external beauty overtake you.
