Soup with lemon for immunity and strong bones is not only tasty, but also very healthy. And also easy to prepare.

Use this delicious immune and bone health soup recipe to stay healthy and eat delicious.

2 tbsp olive oil;
900 ml. chicken bone broth (or vegetable broth if you want to make a vegan dish)
1 glass of pure water;
½ cup chopped regular onion;
2 garlic cloves, mashed;
2-3 cm. ginger root, peeled and chopped;
1-1.5 cm turmeric root, peeled and chopped;
1 cup chopped celery;
1 cup chopped carrots;
2 cups chopped broccoli, including stems
2 sweet potatoes or sweet potatoes, diced
a couple of bay leaves;
¼ tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper;
½ tbsp cumin;
¼ tsp paprika;
sea salt to taste;
black pepper to taste;
juice from 1 whole lemon;
fresh parsley, chopped;

Cooking method
Saute the onion in the oil in a large saucepan for 4-5 minutes. Add in garlic, ginger and turmeric, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add celery, carrots, broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add bone broth and 1 cup pure water. Bring to a boil and then add sweet potatoes or sweet potatoes and other seasonings.
Reduce to low temperature and cook for 40 minutes covered.
Turn off heat and add chopped kale. Let the soup brew for a few minutes to soften the cabbage.
Squeeze 1 whole lemon into the soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want a warm or spicy soup, add red chilli flakes.
Place in a bowl and serve with chopped fresh parsley.
