take three hundred grams of seafood in the range
(squid, scallops, mussels, shrimp, octopus, etc. optional),
one medium sized carrot
one stalk of leek and celery,
bunch of greens
two tablespoons of rice flour
and soy sauce.
Sliced seafood, along with rice, should be sent to the pan and add a glass of water, then put it on the fire, bringing to a boil.
